single glazed window loud noise
the baggage drop service was helpful.
The windows were single glazed. noise from a nearby wine bar emptying bottles at midnight kept me awake. a nightclub played music until late. Earplugs were insufficient to block the sound.

excellent staff really good shower small room rattling door
the staff were excellent, the room was clean and the shower was really good.
The top floor rooms seem not to have been updated since the 90s, so i had to move rooms once. the room i moved to was quite small for twin beds and the beds were quite close to the door. the door rattled through the night whenever somebody entered the corridor. It meant that sound in corridor was very obvious.

Fantastic Stay, Minor Hiccup

convenient location helpful staff clean room
The location was very convenient! The staff was helpful and friendly. My room was a Standard Double Room and was clean, I appreciated that. The bathroom was also very nice. It had modern fixtures.
My room faced the street, and there was some noise from a nearby bar at night! It was slightly bothersome, but nothing extreme.
Dining
10/10
The breakfast service had a wonderful selection of foods and I savored it so much. The chef made breads daily and they were superb! There was also a varied assortment of fruit available each morning.
